Phone was disconnected/out of service, so placed an order online. It kept spinning for 20 mins and in that time, if it was taking too long, the pop up said the order likely got cancelled. We showed up to pick up food and the money was refunded. We were coming from out of town, so wasted time. 10 mins later, the order was approved/went through. But it was closing time and the money was refunded. Maybe this business needs a phone up and running vs email
